Beef
Our beef is top quality yearling and comes from lush pastures in Victoria. We have been dealing with Swan Hill abattoirs for over 20 years and have an excellent relationship with them. They select our beef each week to ensure consistent quality.Most of our 5 Star Range comes from our wholesaler Australian Wholesale Meats who selects meat from all over Australia. These include King Island, Dalriada Beef (South Australia), Angus and MSA Range.
Pork
All our pork is local Queensland pork and is low in fat.Chicken
All our chicken is boned fresh daily on site and is supplied by the largest suppliers in Australia.Lamb
All our lamb is selected from Murray Valley in Victoria. |
